JobSpot Refund Policy
Overview
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for JobSpot’s paid job search support services. By enrolling in any JobSpot service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
1. Nature of JobSpot Services
JobSpot provides structured job search support, including but not limited to:

2. Refund Eligibility Based on Timeline
Refund eligibility is calculated only on the upfront service fee and is based on the number of days elapsed from the official onboarding date.

👉 After 45 days, all payments become non-refundable.
3. Interview Guarantee & Pro-Rated Refund Policy
If a candidate is enrolled in a plan that includes an interview guarantee, the following applies:
Interview Count Rule
- If the candidate receives 10 or more interviews, NO refund is applicable.
- If the candidate receives fewer than 10 interviews, they are eligible for a pro-rated refund based on interviews completed.
Pro-Rated Refund Example
- Promised interviews: 10
- Upfront payment: $3,000
- Interviews received: 8 (80% of guarantee)
- ➡ Refund = 20% of $3,000 = $600
- ➡ Final amount retained by JobSpot = $2,400
4. Job Secured Clause
If the candidate secures a job through JobSpot support:
- The interview guarantee is immediately null and void
- No refund will be issued
- The full upfront amount is retained by JobSpot
5. Candidate Inactivity & Non-Cooperation
Refunds (full or partial) are NOT applicable if the candidate:
- Is inactive for extended periods
- Does not schedule or attend interviews
- Fails to respond to JobSpot team communications
- Does not provide required documents or approvals on time
- Repeatedly reschedules, cancels, or ignores interview opportunities
- Does not coordinate properly with assigned recruiters or advisors
6. Interview Definition
For refund and guarantee purposes, an interview is defined as:
- A recruiter screen, technical interview, hiring manager interview, or client interview
- Conducted via phone, video, or in-person
- Scheduled through JobSpot’s efforts
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds are issued using the original payment method
- Processing fees (if any) are non-refundable
8. No Exceptions Clause
Refunds will not be issued due to:
- Market conditions
- Visa policy changes
- Employer hiring freezes
- Candidate personal decisions
- Candidate withdrawing voluntarily
9. Final Authority
JobSpot reserves the right to make the final determination regarding refund eligibility based on internal activity logs, communication records, and interview tracking data.
